Twelve artists from six countries present their work at Malaga Airport

Art Exhibition Malaga Airport

Twelve European artists based in Andalusia and belonging to the Andalusian International Artists Association (AIA) presents a group exposition at Malaga Airport-Costa del Sol until the 23rd of September.

Entitled ‘Where’ (Donde), the selection gathered at the exhibition hall of the Terminal 3 is an acknowledgement to AndalucĂ­a, through a visual tour of some of the hallmarks of the territory.

Paintings, sculptures, photographs and tapestries offer continuous allusions to Andalusia, home to the authors, according to a statement of Malaga airport. The artists have used light, colour, environments or Andalusian artists such as Picasso, to inspire some of the exhibits of various techniques.

The AIA Group is made up of professional visual artists from Europe and America who live and work in Andalusia. Artists are Enrique Linaza (Spain), Philip Magee (Ireland), Gordon Haslett (England), Dolores Cummiskey (Ireland), Roger Cummiskey (Ireland), Juan Cruz (Spain), Diana Worthy (England), Richard Wood (England), Vejay K. Singh (England), Johannes Broedelet (Netherlands), Eleazar Galea (Malta) and Auli Suvanto (Finland).

The exhibition is open until September 23 in the exhibition hall of the T 3 in the Arrivals area (Public area). The opening hours of the exhibition are from 12 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
