Malaga airport – Costa del Sol has recorded more than one and a half million passengers in August, according to the Ministry of Development. This represents a 2% more than the figure recorded last year during the same month.
Malaga airport is the fourth in Spain that has grown in number of passengers in August. Referring to the national figures, the number of passengers in the Aena airport network in August was 22.8 million, representing an increase of 4.6% over the same month of 2010 and which confirms the good results of the summer campaign.
