As announced yesterday by the Tourist Board of the Costa del Sol, Malaga airport will have two flights a week to Budapest (Hungary) from April.
Although until now the influx of Hungarian tourists to the capital of the Costa del Sol has been scarce, the Tourist Board relies on that these numbers will increase thanks to the new flights, in addition to being Budapest an interesting route for a city break for Malaga residents.
Hungarian tourists are motivated by leisure travel and often travel as a couple or family, usually in summer. Furthermore, sun and beach are the most sold tourist products to these visitors, followed by urban tourism.
