Spanish fruit and vegetables promotion Malaga airport

This government campaign runs until next July 28 with the intention of recovery of “prestige and image quality” of Spanish products.

The Ministry of Environment, Rural and Marine Affairs (MARM) has launched a campaign last Friday to promote the Spanish fruit and vegetables in five domestic airports to support the horticultural sector and to promote their use among foreign tourists.

The initiative called “Fruits and vegetables from Spain, every day” will take place until next July 28 at the airports in Barcelona, Malaga, Tenerife, Palma de Mallorca and Alicante, the most popular destinations for British, French and German tourists to whom it is addressed.

At Malaga airport, there will be offered tastings of melon, watermelon, peaches and nectarines, or vegetables such as tomato, cucumber or carrot.
