The new Malaga airport train station is situated just outside the new Terminal T3 and has two platforms. One towards Malaga capital city to the east and the other towards Fuengirola, which is the last stop, to the west, passing through the main holiday destinations on the Costa del Sol, such as Torremolinos, Benalmadena, etc.
The platforms are located underground, just next to the main terminal at AGP airport, but it is a very spacious station with plenty of natural light as it is partially built with glass walls and roof.
